Currently, Naresh spends a large portion of his time leading two Lean-Startups. Naresh is the founder Vice-Chairman of the Agile Software Community of India (ASCI) . Naresh created and organizes various conferences including the Simple Design And Testing Conference (SDTConf) and Agile Coach Camp. Naresh started many Agile User Groups including the Agile Philly User Group and groups in India. In recognition of his accomplishments, in 2007 the Agile Alliance awarded Naresh with the Gordon Pask Award for contributions to the Agile Community. |

Program Co-Chair Dr. Venkat Subramaniam is an award-winning author, founder of Agile Developer, Inc., and an adjunct faculty at the University of Houston.He has trained and mentored thousands of software developers in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia, and is a regularly-invited speaker at several international conferences. Venkat helps his clients effectively apply and succeed with agile practices on their software projects. Program Co-Chair Siddharta Govindaraj is the founder of Silver Stripe Software Pvt Ltd, the company that develops the Tools For Agile suite of products for teams that follow Agile and Kanban. Siddharta has six years of experience with Agile and has been a speaker at various Agile conferences in India and North America. He is also the organizer of the Chennai Agile User Group. Siddharta is also involved in the local technology and startup community in south India, having helped organize many editions of Proto.in, Open Coffee Club Chennai, and various barcamps, unconferences and meetup groups. |

Research and Academic Chair Dr. Rashina Hoda is a Lecturer of Software Engineering at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Her industry-based doctoral research resulted in the theory of self-organizing Agile teams and has led to publications in premier international journals and conferences such as Empirical Software Engineering Journal, Information and Software Technology Journal, the International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE), OOPSLA and XP2009-10-11. Her research has been covered by the ACM and the Ministry of Science and Innovation (NZ) among others. |
